Summary, etc. المستخلص : الهدف من تلك الدراسة تصميم برنامج قائم على موضوعات و أفكار محددة متعلقة بثقافة اللغة المتعلمة (الانجليزية) وثقافة الشعوب الناطقة بها بغرض نشر الوعى الثقافي و تنمية مهارة القراءة الناقدة لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة (عام) شعبــة اللغة الإنجليزية بكليــة التربيــة جامعـة عين شمــس. شارك في هذه الدراســــة ١٤ طالبا ، و تقوم الدراسة على المنهج ماقبل التجريبي القائم على مجموعـة واحــده ولتحقيق اهداف الدراســة تم إجـراء استطـلاع للرأي لمعرفـــة آراء واهتمامـــات الطـلاب حول الموضوعات المراد دراستها . بعد ذلك تم تصميم اختبار قبلي و بعدى لقياس مستوى الطلاب قبل تطبيق البرنامج و بعده ، ثم تم تطبيق البرنامج واستتبعَه إجراء استطلاع للرأي لمعرفة مدى رضا الطلاب عن البرنامج . هذا و أوضحت النتائـج زيادة الوعى الثقافي و تحسن مهارة القراءة الناقدة لدى الطلاب أيضا ؛ حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب بين الاختبارين القبلي و البعدي لصالح الاختبار البعدي ، علاوة على ذلك فقد أكدت النتائج رضا الطلاب عن البرنامج المقترح.

5.1.3. Instruments of the Study
There were three main instruments which were used in the study:
 A student interest survey was designed to determine the topics
and themes that students were interested in.
 A pre-posttest was developed to judge and assess the students’
performance before and after the experimentation.
 A student satisfaction questionnaire was designed in order to
check to what extent the students were happy and satisfied with
the program.
5.1.4. Participants of the Study
A group of 14 prospective Egyptian English teachers
participated voluntarily in the study. The participants were from
the fourth year, English Department, General Education, Ain
Shams University of the educational year 2014-2015.
