The main objective of this study was to evaluate and compare, the kinetic frictional force between two recent generation of interactive (self--ligated) brackets, and two different design of conventionally ligated brackets.
Sixty-eight maxillary canine brackets, all having a slot size 0.018 x 0.025 - inch, were utilized in this investigation. They were divided into four groups.
