Psoriasis is a chronic immune- mediated inflammatory skin disorder with potential systemic complications . the complex pathoggenesis of psoriasis remains incompletely understood.compelling evidence demonstrates that it is a systematic immune-mediated inflammatory diseases in which various T cell subsets play the key role in the subsequent production of pro-inflammatory cytokines that activate inflammatory pathways.
