Since scarce studies have focused on expression of CD105-MVD
in salivary gland tumors, the present study was conducted to:
1. Evaluate the quantification of angiogenesis by assessing microvessel
density using CD105 in benign and malignant salivary gland tumors.
2. Correlate CD105 expression with grades of malignancy.
3. Assessment of microvessel density using CD31 in salivary gland
tumors and correlate its expression with grades of malignancy.
4. Compare between the expression of CD105 and CD31 in salivary
gland tumors.
